Economic and financial capacity Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: — An argument on relevant insurance for compensation at professional risk, — A report on the balance sheet verified by competent authority i.e. revised balance sheet, — A statement on the overall turnover of the company (a data from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority). Technical capacity Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: — Primary services list (casting of same or similar monumentally works) of the bidders or candidates done in the last 5 (five) years, values, dates, buyers should be listed (contracting authorities or economic operators), a certificate on performed services issued by the recipients or in case such certificates cannot be provided due to out of control reasons, only with statement on performed services, — Description of the technical equipment and capability of the economic operator, quality insurance measurement and operator’s equipment and ability for test and research, — Statement by a engaged artistic and technical staff and technical authorities no matter whether they belong to the economic operator, — Description and photos of products that are subject to performance, and whose authenticity should be confirmed by the economic operator if the contracting authority demands, — Certificates on quality control with recognized competence issued by a competent authorities, that test the clearly specified product convenience, — A statement by the economic operator that check on his technical capacities shall be enabled, as well as the quality control measurement, that is performed by the contracting authority or on his behalf it is performed by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered and — A notice on the contract elements that the economic operator intends to leave to subcontractor. Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required — Technical abilities and experience for performance and installation of sculptures in bronze up to 5 (five) meters, — List of bidders’ or candidates’ primary services (casting of same or similar monumentally works) performed in the last 5 (five) years with attached 3 (three) certificates on satisfactory performance of the most important services including value, performance duration and data on the customers.
